What this policy covers

This policy covers the information you send us through this website. It does not cover your dental records, which are kept by the practice and handled as the law requires.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, how you would like us to reply, a good time to reach you and whether you are a new patient. It also has one box for a short message. Please leave medical details out of it, and call us for anything urgent.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to schedule a visit. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Members of our team who answer messages and schedule visits can see it. We share information outside the practice only as the law allows, for example with your insurance plan when you ask us to file a claim.

Your health history

Health history and consent forms are not on this website. They are on the practice's own secure patient portal, or on paper at your visit. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Cookies

This website does not run advertising or tracking tools. Your browser may keep basic files it needs to show the pages.
